2. Scope and acceptance
These terms form an agreement between you and Hamatra. They govern your use of the Hamatra website and service. By creating an account, running an analysis or continuing to use the service, you accept them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age.
3. The service
Hamatra crawls a website you submit and produces a report based on what was observed. Findings are informational and do not constitute legal, technical or marketing advice. We do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic or business results.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping them up to date, and for keeping your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. You must be entitled to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
5. Plans and payment
- The Free plan allows one temporary analysis. The analysis is complete, but the report is not stored permanently.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- A one-time purchase permanently saves one specific report. It is not a subscription and includes no further entitlements.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time, with effect from the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Prices are stated on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.
- Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and our Refund Policy.
6. Reseller and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through our checkout. Full details, including how to request a refund through Paddle, are set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You may only submit websites you own or are otherwise authorised to analyse. You may not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, to interfere with security (for example malware, probing, unauthorised scraping), to overload third-party systems, to circumvent access restrictions or technical limits, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell or redistribute access in breach of your plan.
9. Intellectual property and licence
We retain all rights in the service, including its software, documentation, report templates and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you selected. You keep the rights in the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
10. Client reports and branding
If you add your own name, logo or colours to reports, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to those materials. You remain responsible for the reports you share with your clients. If a rights holder objects to material used in our service, they can write to hi@hamatra.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeated infringement leads to termination.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Interruptions for maintenance, technical issues or reasons outside our reasonable control may occur, and we may change or discontinue features.
12. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you can ask us to export your saved reports within 30 days, after which they may be deleted.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
15. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Assignment of your rights requires our consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
